Roitel – UX design for Tracability system on blockchain, 2024
We introduce a transformative anti-counterfeiting system with a strong focus on user experience (UX) design, utilizing Blockchain technology. The journey begins with manufacturers seamlessly capturing chair details and distinctive markers, which are then transformed into an encrypted image. This unique identifier is securely stored on the blockchain, ensuring an immutable traceability of each chair's creation and ownership.
For buyers, the UX design is intuitive and user-friendly. Requesting authentication triggers Roitel to provide essential details, fostering transparency and trust. This seamless process empowers buyers to effortlessly compare marker photos, discouraging counterfeit sales and promoting confidence in the authenticity of each product.
Additionally, the system records product conditions, facilitating fair negotiations and enhancing the overall user experience in a marketplace characterized by transparency and security.
